This 6-cup Pyrex teapot with original lid looks as great sitting on your stovetop as it does filled with tea. The pot is glass with a stainless steel band securing the glass handle. The flameware marking on the base indicates it is heatproof for stovetop use (we recommend use of a metal wire stove ring or heat diffuser when using the pot on an electric element or keeping a low flame when using the pot on a gas burner).
This pot is in very good condition with minor marking expected with previous use. Some faint scratching is evident as seen in the photo of the base of the pot.
